 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Had no heat this morning in the middle of a cold spell. I determined that the pilot light was out and wouldnt stay lit. I called Engler Heating and Cooling at 11:50am.  Its now 2 pm and my heat is back up and running. They made it here within a couple hours of my initial call. Bruce was able to diagnose and fix my furnace within 15 minutes. Their prices are reasonable as well. I can see why they have such great reviews.
